It is very important to the health of your eye to properly care for your contact lenses, and to see your optometrist for a yearly fitting!
Caring for your contact lenses:
Wear your lenses only for the amount of time specified by your optometrist, or the indicated "modality" of the lens, even if they still feel comfortable.
Remove, clean, and disinfect your lenses at the intervals prescribed.
Use the group of products recommended to you by your optometrist to clean, disinfect, and properly store lenses.
NEVER mix contact lens solutions.
NEVER use water on your contact lenses or your contact lens cases.
Do not sleep or nap while wearing your lenses, unless specifically advised to do so by your optometrist.
Do not swim or shower while wearing your contact lenses.
Consult your optometrist before using any eye drops; prescription or over the counter.
