It is very important to the health of your eye to properly care for your contact lenses, and to see your optometrist for a yearly fitting!

Caring for your contact lenses:

• Wear your lenses only for the amount of time specified by your optometrist, or the indicated "modality" of the lens, even if they still feel comfortable.
• Remove, clean, and disinfect your lenses at the intervals prescribed.
• Use the group of products recommended to you by your optometrist to clean, disinfect, and properly store lenses.
• NEVER mix contact lens solutions.
• NEVER use water on your contact lenses or your contact lens cases.
• Do not sleep or nap while wearing your lenses, unless specifically advised to do so by your optometrist.
• Do not swim or shower while wearing your contact lenses.
• Consult your optometrist before using any eye drops; prescription or over the counter.
• Get a yearly eye exam and contact lens fitting by your optometrist!
